| Ozone Generators HIGH CAPACITY Industrial MODELS Custom Models up to 36 lbs/day Using a 20 kHz high frequency inverter and associated magnetics, Ozonology offers many options in units up to 36 lbs/day capacity. Ambient air cooled units up to 6 lbs/day are available. Liquid cooling (either tap water or closed-loop chiller) is used for units of 8 lbs/day through 36 lbs/day. Liquid cooled units are a modular design. A single high frequency inverter powers a multiple of 4 lbs/day capacity ozone cells to provide the requisite total ozone production. All units have linear ozone turndown control of 1-100% capacity, using either a manual potentiometer control or, for automatic modulation, a 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC signal from a PLC or computer interface. All units use oxygen feed. Operating pressure range is 10-100 psi. Power consumption is 600 watts @ 4 lbs/day @ 15 lpm O2 (300 watts @ 2 lbs/day @ 10 lpm O2). Ozone concentration is 5% by weight. Nominal line voltage 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz (ozone output automatically regulated ± 1% between 190-260 VAC).
Model HF-6 Air cooled 6 lb/day unit shown below is integrated in a 36" x 30" x 16" NEMA 4X fiberglass wall-mount enclosure. It is equipped with dual sets of controls that allow switching off one ozone generating module for 1/2 capacity operation. The unit can be modified with two ozone supplies, each independently operated by its separate controls - thus, two 3 lb/day ozone generators in a common enclosure.
